PENNSYLVANIA ASSOCIATION OF BAIL AGENTS
MISSION
PABA exists to enhance the bail bond agent profession in Pennsylvania; to advance it's members’ interests while building public and private partnerships with local and state governments; to generate an effective communication network among bail bond agents; and to meet the continuing education needs of its members.
OFFICERS
Mitch Mitchell
Mitch Mitchell is the Owner/Licensed Agent of Mitch's Bail Bonds, established in 2006. He is a graduate of
Villanova University (2004)
as well as the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2007). Mitch is a Pennsylvania Attorney and PABA president since 2014.
Dean Cali
Dean Cali is a Licensed Agent for Wasco Bail Bonds in the Scranton, PA area. He received his BA from Bloomsburg University in 2010 and his MBA from Misericordia University in 2014.
Dean has also served as a Legislative Assistant for the PA House of Representatives. He has been PABA Vice President since 2014.
